Past Month

It's Laina's birthday week!!  This friday she will be one!  We are so excited!  I just wanted to post a bunch of pictures of what has been going on this month.  Just the last month she has grown up so much.  We think she will be walking soon, but really who knows.  She has become very sassy and testing us to see what she can get away with now.  She's really been putting our parenting skills to the test.  Still no teeth but she may be teething now.  She has been drinking whole milk for the past two weeks and on a zippy cup only for almost the same amount of time.  She is such a good girl.  Full of personality and definitely has an opinion!  Can't get enough of her!

These two girls were my first mission companions in the field.

 Hanging out at the splash pad.  She is such a cutie!  She decided that this towel is cool enough to be a blanket lately.  If she sees it she just wants to cuddle it.

She inhaled her food!  Stroganoff with mashed potatoes is one of her favorites!

This is usually how she falls a sleep in the bouncer drinking.

I was using her bouncer as a gate then she figured out that she can crawl under it.  So now I put a blanket over it so she won't.  It works but now she climbs in it and body rolls out!  Scares me to death!  She is such a rough neck!

She has decided sleeping thru the night is for the birds.  Mommy doesn't need sleep either...  That was for a week straight.  She's been doing better.

 We took her to her first movie "The Croods" she did so good that we took her to another "Epic".  Even if its just the dollar theatre and its a kids movie me and John will take it.

She has gotten so brave that now she will crawl into the splash pad while its going.

 She got these sunglasses for being a contestant in a the Spanish Fork Baby Contest.  She loved them and kept them on for a long time!

At the baby contest.  The theme was "Celebrate Pride & Progress" so she was the Statue of Liberty.

Started drinking out of a straw and now loves this cup.  She wouldn't let me take it away.
