Happy 4th of July
everyone! I know I am posting this a
couple days late but I had to share this beautiful picture of John!
So when me and John were dating we
would send each other pictures of ourselves randomly so we could get a cute
picture in return. J Well we haven’t done that in a long time
usually our pictures are of just Laina being cute. Well this morning when I woke up and looked
at my phone I got this picture. John was
working a graveyard probably bored not thinking anything of it. Just sent me this sweet picture. It actually brought me to tears. It is such a sweet picture and it means so
much to me. We just celebrated the 4th
of July. That is a big holiday for
us. I am so grateful for all the men and
women that served and are serving our country now.
But I don’t just think about the army when I say serve. I also think of the police officers out there
that are risking their lives everyday to serve us. To protect us and keep us safe. I always tell people it takes a special
person to want to go into this line of work.
It’s not easy and not always fun.
And I believe those people who WANT to do this will be the best. John has always wanted to be a police officer
since he was a little boy. And now
finally he is doing it. I am so proud of
him! He is such a good person with such
a BIG heart! This picture reminds me of
a dream I had of him while he was finishing school 2 years ago. So I always new he would get there.

I love you and am so proud of you! You are such an amazing person and a great
example to me and Laina. We are lucky to
have you in our life. Thank you for
working so hard for us and always being so brave. I love you!
